public interface FilePreviewProvider

Supplies the preview an open dialog shows beside its file list.

Called on the EDT each time the highlighted file changes, on platforms that report FileDialogFeatures#PREVIEW. Platforms with a built-in preview (iOS, Android) show their own and never call it.
